Contains a response to the Saints At War questionnaire detailing Mann's physical, emotional, and spiritual condition during combat and as a member of the occupational forces in Germany. Also discusses his involvement with the LDS Church in America and in his theater of combat, and his gratitude for divine protection. Includes two newspaper articles: one citing Mann's role in restoring a church in a German town, and the other providing details of his battalion's first combat experience. Also includes a photocopied letter from then-President Truman thanking Mann for his military service. Photographs show Mann with his tank.
